Operations Specialist - Answer general company and product questions as well as sales inquiry via phone and email - Provide basic customer service such as status, receiving orders, and light technical support - Data entry for sales order and invoice entry - Communicate with customers, sales representatives and warehouse staffs for accurate and efficient order fulfillment - Review contracts and apply correct discount to sales orders and invoice 2. Inventory Manager - Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages - Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers - Manage daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory - Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory - Analyze data to anticipate future needs - Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships - Orders and maintains adequate inventory of supplies, equipment and materials - Collaborate with inventory administrators and other staff to ensure business goals are met 3. Inventory Administrator - Pack and ship the shipments based on product availability and sales order - Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries - Keeps organized shipping records, including statements of origin, shipping costs, products shipped, and receipt dates - Maintain and updates inventory records - Reconcile inventory discrepancies - Ensures that inventory counts are completed regularly and in a timely manner - Keep track of shipments and contracts, coordinate and prepare shipments 4. Outside Sales Representative - Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers - Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs - Reach out to customer leads through cold calling - Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction - Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments - Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports - Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities etc. Please send your resume to sue.lee@dentisusa.com/indicate which position you are applying for.
