1. Operations Specialist
– Answer general company and product questions as well as sales inquiry via phone and email
– Provide basic customer service such as status, receiving orders, and light technical support
– Data entry for sales order and invoice entry
– Communicate with customers, sales representatives and warehouse staffs for accurate and efficient order fulfillment
– Review contracts and apply correct discount to sales orders and invoice2. Inventory Manager
– Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
– Ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels and can cover direct demand from customers
– Manage daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
– Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
– Analyze data to anticipate future needs
– Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
– Orders and maintains adequate inventory of supplies, equipment and materials
– Collaborate with inventory administrators and other staff to ensure business goals are met3. Inventory Administrator
– Pack and ship the shipments based on product availability and sales order
– Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries
– Keeps organized shipping records, including statements of origin, shipping costs, products shipped, and receipt dates
– Maintain and updates inventory records
– Reconcile inventory discrepancies
– Ensures that inventory counts are completed regularly and in a timely manner
– Keep track of shipments and contracts, coordinate and prepare shipments4. Outside Sales Representative
– Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
– Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
– Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
– Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
– Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
– Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
