MOBIS Alabama, LLC’s Georgia Plant, located in West Point, Georgia is a Tier 1 supplier to Kia Motors Manufacturing Georgia, LLC (KMMG). The Georgia plant was established on May 17, 2007. MOBIS Georgia is a three (3) shift manufacturing operation that assembles the four major modules (Front Chassis, Rear Chassis, Cockpit, Front End) and the front and rear bumpers for the three (3) vehicles produced by KMMG.

Role(s): Supports the Quality Assurance Team through developing improvement plans, monitoring improvement implementation and supplier development.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
• Develop improvement of CS10000 related claims.
• Monitor the warranty claim process and ensure completion in a timely manner.
• Manage data for trend and C/M effectiveness.
• Create and maintain reports for HQ regarding related warranty claims.
• Perform supplier audits.
• Conduct detailed analysis of returned parts and report.
• Maintain returned parts log and track part return and analysis.
• Maintain current TS16949 standard requirements
• Assist the QA and QC department.
• Communicate quality information to all relevant organizational departments.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree(BA/BS) in Engineering/Technical or related field
• 0-3 years of Automotive/Automotive supplier
• PC literate, proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
• Internal auditing experience
• Problem solving skills
