The Georgia plant was established on May 17, 2007. MOBIS Georgia is a three (3) shift manufacturing operation that assembles the four major modules (Front Chassis, Rear Chassis, Cockpit, Front End) and the front and rear bumpers for the three (3) vehicles produced by KMMG. Expectations: Accomplish day to day tactical objectives in support of the company and the department goals. Demonstrates adherence to company policies and procedures in support of safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale (SQDCM) initiatives. Takes initiative to participate in training and developing opportunities to prepare for current and future challenges. Role(s): Supports the Production Control Team through reporting, maintaining contractor headcount and processing material planning. Essential Roles and Responsibilities: • Create reports and meeting presentations (in English and Korean) • Track overall plant operation status (KPIs, production results, business plans, etc.) and report to HQ. • Calculate and gather plant’s monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results. • Process daily and weekly material resource planning (MRP, set daily/weekly production material requirements). • Update new FSC and module codes. • Process OEM Chargeback Claims due to downtime, part defects, or etc. • Maintain and update contractor worker headcount. • Calculate payment for services based on vehicles produced per month. • Other tasks as assigned. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree(BA/BS) in Business Management or related field • 0- 3 years – related experience preferred • Bilingual in English and Korean • PC literate, proficiency with Microsoft Office Products • Strong mathematics skills email : careers@gmobis.com I agree to the terms of service Update List
