    Job Description

    Senior Marketing Manager

     

    ROLE OF POSITION:       

    The purpose of this position is to coordinate and tailor regional marketing activities specific to market needs. The role-holder is responsible for supporting regional initiatives and coordinating development of all marketing programs within the market. The Business Development Manager creates brand influence through targeted interactions with prospective patients in their local communities and environments. The majority of their time driving new sales through targeted marketing and social media responsibilities in an effort to grow new business.

    DEPARTMENT: Corporate Marketing & Strategies

    MAJOR DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1.     Conduct market research to identify existing and potential referral sources for the Clinic.  

    2.     Analyze sales performance and adjusts business plan and approach accordingly.

    3.     Serve as a liaison between referral source(s) and Clinic physicians to insure clear understanding among all parties of procedures and protocols.

    4.     Establish positive and productive relationships among referral sources within the territory.

    5.     Conduct service calls, via in-person, mail, or telephone contact, on regular and prospective referral sources to service and develop new business or assist referral sources with questions, challenges and concerns.

    6.     Write, create and distribute monthly newsletters internally and externally.

    7.     Update websites and sub websites.

    8.     Distribute printed information such as pamphlets, brochures, and educational materials for referral sources’ use.

    9.     Develop a status report that identifies calls made to prospective and existing Leads sources and tracks results of those calls by increase or decrease in Leads.  Report should also indicate comments from lead sources (positive and negative) and should be a basis for recommending changes in procedures and policies.

     

    10.  Conduct an ROI analysis on referral efforts once a quarter.

    11.  Comply with the Corporate Marketing & Strategies Policy & Procedures.

    12.  Other special projects as assigned.

     

    Business Development Manager Responsibilities Also Include:

         Providing local and International Event Marketing recommendations.

         Providing local and International advertising recommendations.

         Development and retention of B2B partners.

         Providing Social Media insights/input on a regional and by market basis.

         Coordination of promotional opportunities with local brand ambassadors.

         Coordination of Outbound Marketing training with all area Clinic Managers.

          Developing Marketing/Direct Interactional opportunities for the clinic staff with key
           members of their respective markets.
