주요 업무

Release PO (Demand) to supplier
. Analyze long term demand plan from Production control.
. Update BOM and Part information into order file in timely manner
. Release PO to suppliers every week.
. Manage suppliers based on key performance such as PO vs. Receipt.
. Enter advanced receit notices and check advanced shipping noitces accurately.
. Avoid unplanned premium freight and excess inventory
. Perform monthly closing to ensure balance of advanced receit notices and actual receipts.
. Communicate with suppliers and relevant teams

Inventory Management
. Set up proper inventory level for each part.
. Maintain proper inventory level (Minimize inventory level without material shortage)
. Maintain 100% Inventory accuracy between actual and system (GERP, MePS)
. Analyze inventory movement in system.
. Manage slow moving inventory

Delivery Management
. Perform transportation management

EO / New Program management.
. Support all EO changes and launching new program.
. Minimize premium-shipping cost by managing EO/New program schedule.
