Job Location and type Ontario, California, Full time position Compensation and benefits Salary : DOE ( will discuss on phone interview) Benefits : Health Insurance, Paid Vacation after 3 month probation, Etc… Duties & responsibilities - Develop, plan, implement product positioning and messaging that differentiates products in the B2B or B2C market place - Monitor and benchmark product trends and develop sales tools to support selling process of the products - Develop strategy and manage marketing programs that drive demand for products - Responsible for planning, implementing, maintaining, sourcing, and updating product packaging - Work closely with departments to establish and execute successful marketing programs to achieve business objectiveness - Establish and maintain product cycle - Collect data on consumers, competitors, and market place, and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations - Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences - Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods - Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations - Attend and participate in meetings when necessary and appropriate - Manage overall marketing tasks - Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned Education or Experience Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Marketing, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or equivalent combination of education and experience required - 3+ years or more relevant work experience, food industry Preferred Skills & Abilities Requirements - Bilingual in English and Korean Must - Strong people and project management skills, ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple assignments from conception to completion on deadline and on budget - Ability to work, network, communicate and motivate effectively at all levels within the organization as well as external parties - Excellent presentation & interpersonal skills for Client or Executives - Outstanding communication skills (Verbal and Written) - computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Photoshop, Social Media…) - Necessary to travel occasionally How to Apply If you feel our Client and the position would be a good fit for you, please forward your current resume with an accompanying cover letter.
