You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach targets from brand awareness to product promotion. A Marketing specialist researches and analyses demographics, pricing schedules, market trends, competitor products, and other information relevant to the company’s marketing objectives. S/he should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth. Responsibilities • Research and analyse a variety of marketing information, including market trends, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas • Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts • Assist in analyzing marketing data to help shape future marketing strategies • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned • Presents findings to marketing teams to help guide the direction and activities of the department • Develops new marketing strategies based on detailed analysis of market forces • Identifies the appropriate media channels where each product or service's marketing materials can be delivered to the public • Provides expert direction and insight to marketing staff members throughout each project or campaign • Acts as a go-to resource for up-to-date, accurate research and market information • Tracks marketing strategy results closely and creates detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback • Adjusts marketing plans as needed in response to data tracking efforts • Reports findings and results to upper management and executives Requirements • Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role • Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools • Solid computer skills, including MS Office and marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) • Well-organized and detail oriented • Exceptional communication and writing skills • BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent To apply, please send your resume to chris.jo@cesna.com CESNA GROUP I agree to the terms of service Update List
