A Data Technology Company is searching for a Marketing Specialist to work at our locations in San Jose and Sunnyvale. This role will focus on planning and implementation of projects that support the marketing function.The Marketing Specialist will work directly with the Marketing Manager and the Marketing team in HQ to identify new marketing opportunities, execute marketing activities. Responsibilities may also include:

– Supporting the planning, implementation and completion of all marketing projects.
– Preparing and update reports and timelines.
– Researching to support market and competitor analysis.
– Coordinating conferences and other external activities.
– Executing on digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications

– 1~3 years of professional experience in a marketing position.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including creating presentations and marketing collateral
– Strong organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
– Ability to anticipate problems and address corporate needs proactively.
– Competency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
– Proficiency in SQL and BI tools are plus.
