SUMMARY
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for day-to-day stewardship of the brand including all aspects of marketing, planning and implementation to drive brand growth and build brand value.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:Strategic Planning & Analysis:
Build up the Franchise Marketing for Bakery Brand.
Define priority business segments, item segmentation/consolidation, brand architecture, and brand essence development/positioningInnovation:
Identify gaps, uncover consumer insights for new growth
Lead close-in new product development and work with R&D in identifying breakout innovation opportunities
Develop, Implement, Deliver and measure the results of the initiatives that drive brand growth and deliver profit commitmentsBusiness Management:
Deliver the annual volume, share and financial objectives agreed by the business
Develop and deliver the activity set for the year
Manage marketing budget and initiatives
Serve as the primary contact on the Marketing team for developing and agreeing demand plans with supply and sales

3 – 5 years franchise marketing experiences

Demonstrated success implementing, monitoring, measuring and course correcting brand initiativesSpecific Skills & Proficiencies:
