    Compensation
    $80,000- $90,000/Year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

    Summary
    The Manager position is responsible for overseeing the management of warehouse operations and distribution services, ensuring efficient inventory control, timely delivery of good, and adherence to safety and quality standard while coordinating with various teams to optimize supply chain process.

    Responsibilities
    Strategically plan and manage logistics and supply chain management services
    Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle with JIT/JIS
    Organize necessary customer services including warehousing, freight forwarding, and transportation
    Track cost, productivity, accuracy, and performance
    Work proactively with various departments to realize efficiencies and to meet expectations
    Supervise, coach, and train workforce and contractors
    Continuously look for improvements to operations
    Ensure the department and vendors are in compliance with laws, regulations and quality requirements
    Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures
    Resolve any arising problems or complaints
    Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
    Confer and coordinate activities with other departments
    Manage monthly closing and AR/AP
    Process SAP/GWMS/GTMS
    Maintain accounting balance current

    Qualifications

    Skills & Qualifications
    MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) Required
    Record of successful distribution and logistics management, and demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff Preferred
    Knowledge of WMS, TMS, ERP, and IATF 16949 Preferred
    Problem solving skills, organizational skills, ability to work independently and handle multiple projects Preferred
    Having strong communication skills to manage the internal department and external customers Preferred
    Bilingual in English and Korean Preferred

    Education & Experience
    Bachelor’s Degree Required
    7 – 10 Years of Experience in Logistics Required
    8 – 13 Years of Experience in Supply Chain Management, W&D, & Automotive Preferred

    Physical Requirements
    Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods
    Repetitive use of hand/grasping product, writing, and typing
    Possibility of domestic travel – 30%
    Lift up to 20lbs
    Carry up to 20lbs
