PLUSCareer is seeking a Language Instruction Program Manager for full time position. A individual who willing to work for a language company focused on providing professional, reliable solutions to clients within both the public and private sectors. This position`s areas of experience and expertise include translation and interpretation, transcription, American Sign Language and CART services, language instruction, and bilingual staffing.

Schedule: 40 hours/week plus OT (as needed)
Job Responsibilities
• Requires knowledge of a wide range of concepts, principles, and techniques of training combined with knowledge of language training programs in order to perform difficult and complex work assignments
• Effectively lead and manage a team from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Coordinate class schedules and receive feedback from client for continuous improvement
• Be responsible for the overall program quality control
• Monitor instructor performance, including annual performance reviews and set instructor goals and objectives
• Comply with Client’s reporting requirement
• Completing other duties, as assigned
Required Qualifications and Experience
• Graduate from accredited university-level institution
• Ability to recruit language instructors and build partnership with language schools
• 2-3 years experience in a field related to managing language instructors
• Excellent Verbal, Written and Oral communication experience, especially strong writing capability required
• Having up-to-dated knowledge of online media and social networking platforms; Having expertise in online environment
• Experience with multimedia production (video, audiovisual, graphics) is a plus.
• Experience as foreign language instructor, test, curriculum developer or similar role
• Experience administering a foreign language program including budget tracking, recruiting, hiring and training
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required
• Overtime may be required
• Finding suitable classroom facilities around the U.S

Compensation
$55,000/year with full benefits after 3 months of employment
