The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will oversee and execute maintenance projects, ensuring that mechanical systems are operating efficiently and reliably. This role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize performance.Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead maintenance projects from planning to execution, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to enhance system reliability.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues with equipment and systems.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, safety, and quality assurance, to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment performance.
Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
Training: Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and maintenance staff on best practices and safety protocols.
Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in mechanical systems and recommend upgrades or modifications.
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field or no major required
Experience: Entry-level
Software Proficiency: Knowledge of maintenance management software and engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, CMMS).
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Job Details
