Key Responsibilities • Provide initial level technical support including diagnostics and training • Answer & manage support tickets, gather user requirements and recreate bugs • Diagnose and identify solutions to resolve daily system issues • Reading and understanding system code for trouble shooting. • Update, repair, and modify system configuration settings. • Test fixes to ensure the problem has been adequately resolved (QA) • Prepare documentations for the system changes & enhancements • Monitor & support system maintenance and administration • Coordinate system changes with overseas development team Requirements & Experience: • Degree in Computer science / IT / engineering or Equivalent work experience in managing IT systems / coordinating IT projects • Experience with Web Application system operation (Java, DB2) • Korean and English bilingual (overseas development resource is in Korea) 관심이 있으신분은 woongbaek@gmail.com으로 이력서 (영문)으로 보내주세요. 좋은 기회입니다.
