Resume to: resume@lghausys.com Role Description and Responsibilities: • Data Entry of Purchasing Order/Invoice/Inbound & Outbound Shipments etc. • Assisting inbound/outbound shipments and inventory management • Providing products and service information and resolving customer complaints by pinpointing problems • Offering solutions, corrections, or adjustments and following up to ensure customer satisfaction • Maintaining a consistent and positive customer service image when interacting with customers, as well as ensure that all orders are written • and input properly • Resolving product or service problems, and collecting and analyzing customer information in service reports for management • Receiving customer's requests by telephone or email, analyses requests, and providing information requested or ascertains who best can • provide the information, and routing the request to the proper person Education and Work Experience: • Undergraduate degree in business or related field preferred but not required. • Less than 2 years’ experience in Logistics • SAP experience a plus Knowledge and Skills: • MS Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) • Interpersonal skills • Detail Oriented • Organizational Skills • Initiative skills • Problem solving skills • Basic Accounting skills • Good judgment and decision making skills • Great Social and Communication Skills • Great Oral and Written Communication Skills Salary Range: -Negotiable/Based on qualification and work experience.
