Now Editing “Logistics operation specialist” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at HYUNDAI GLOVIS GLOVIS ALABAMA, LLC We have an open position for an Operations Specialist at the production lineside Operation This position will report to operation manager / HOD with analysis of daily operation Glovis does not support VISA and applicants must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.A RESPONSIBILITY * Works 8 hour shifts, but require flexible work hour with mandatory overtime at times * Is responsible for tracking and analyzing important reports, such as KPIs, Daily inventory deficiency audit, and manage OS&D with root cause analysis and countermeasure , and many other administrative reports, which may contain graphs, charts, and verbal presentations * Will require availability on supporting special projects as needed especially with emphasis placed on process time studies, analyze man power utilization, and system improvement (development), etc. * Manage KD / LP material inventory in the line side by conducting daily cycle count, especially Trim and Final one kit area. * Communicate with HMMA PC Material control team to make necessary adjustments to correct the issues with discrepancies * Analyze inventory and material transactions based on system data and make a prompt adjustment if needed REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor’s degrees and/or 3years of equivalent experience in automotive industry * Strong skills with Microsoft applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc. * Strong quantitative and analytical skills * Collaborative worker and teambuilding ability * Able to work under a flexible schedule COMPANY BENEFITS • Paid holidays, Incremental vacation days and personal days • 401K support (60% Match) • Health Insurance (Company support s 90%) • Life insurance (100%) • STD & LTD (100%) • Uniforms APPLICATION Please submit your resume in word format to jjung@glovisala.com I agree to the terms of service Update List
