Ponaflex America, Inc., a subsidiary of Ponaflex Corporation www.ponaflex.co.kr has a career opportunity for a Logistic &amp; Inventory Coordinator position for its Irvine, CA office.

Job Description:
Candidates must be flexible working Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The Logistic Coordinator prepare documentation, maintain records, coordinate logistics for product shipments, and performs other duties that help streamline the daily business operations of an organization. 
  
Responsibilities &amp; Duties	
	Prepare documentation, maintain records, and coordinate logistics for product shipment.
	Schedule and coordinate both Domestic and International freight forwarder transactions.
	Ensure freight forwarders are selected based on company objectives for cost and delivery.
	Maintain shipping records, including providing freight tracking information to customers.
	Prepare shipping paperwork as well as complete shipping transaction in appropriate systems.
	Coordinate with 3rd party logistic vendors for an inventory control and freight arrangements. 
	Shop rates for prepaid shipments to ensure that we are getting the best possible freight rates.
	Assist in logistic related account payable &amp; receivable, and resolve invoice discrepancies.
	Maintain knowledge of current international import/export regulatory requirements. 
	Understand and maintain Harmonized Codes for International shipments.
	Provide shipping/receiving activity report to upper management upon request. 
	In addition to typical duties, may perform other assigned duties.
	Some travel required, under 5%.

Qualifications:
	Must have an experience.
	Must be bilingual in English and Korean. 
	Must be passionate and willing. 
	Must have a “can-do", “make-it-happen" attitude 
	Team player with excellent time management and organization skills. 
	Must have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software. 
	Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.  
	Must be US Citizen or be able to work legally in the US.

Education and Previous Experience: 
	College degree in related field is required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
	Experience in administrative and clerical procedures relates to logistic is Must.  
	Import, export, 3PL, and inventory management experience is Must. 
	QuickBooks experience is helpful, but not required.

Salary Range: 
This is a salary position and pay is determined based on educational background and experience.
