Work Scope
1. Purchasing & Sales Support (Provide Training)
a. Supporting purchase and sales order
b. Managing invoice and packing slip
2. Shipment and Logistics
a. Local and International Shipping and receiving (including paper work)
b. Supporting Custom clearance (including Paper work)
c. Visual inspection and special packaging
d. Providing shipment information and shipment reservation
3. Inventory Management
a. Keep recording Inventory movement (including G/I, G/R)
b. Keep recording inventory management (including G/I, G/R)
c. A/P & A/R recording and management

Requirement
1. Work Experience as inventory at least 2 years.
2. Computer skills must be needed including Microsoft Office
3. QuickBooks preferred
