Job Title: Logistics Analyst

Reports to: Sr. Logistics Analyst
Objective: LG Hausys America, Inc. a subsidiary of LG Hausys Ltd in South Korea is looking for a Logistics Analyst at our Corporate Office in Atlanta, GA. Position Summary: Manage inbound and outbound shipments using Transportation Management System (TMS). Spot any irregularities and provide solutions for a successful transaction. Work to find efficient ways to balance cost and quality of shipments.
Role Description:
• The overall management of daily shipments in and out of warehouses mainly using Transportation Management System (TMS)Responsibilities:
• Track irregular shipments on a daily basis and find solutions to deliver successfully to customers
• Manage ETA and IOD of transportation
• Monthly report of Carrier KPI
• Daily exception report
• File claims against carriers on shipments that are damaged during transit and lost in transit
• Monthly damage and claim report
• Manage claim refunds and keep track of current status
• Arrange transportation for irregular shipments and find cost saving ways to ship products
• Manage RMAs and arrange to safely bring the materials back to stock
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipment processes and documentation
• Support warehouse cost saving activity and cost monitoring
• Other duties as assigned.Qualifications: Listed below are the minimum and/or desired qualifications of the position including education, work experience and knowledge & skills that are required to perform satisfactorily in the position:
Education and Work Experience:
• Undergraduate degree in business or related field preferred but not required.
• Experience with TMS and ERP/SAP is preferred.
• Other relevant experience will be considered. (Logistics Background)Knowledge and Skills:
• MS Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Basic computer and MS Office skills
• Basic knowledge of economics and accounting

• Management of Financial resources

• Intermediate CommunicationPhysical Demands:
• Position requires sitting at a desk working on a computer for at least 2/3 of time.
• Position requires minimal lifting up to 20lbs.
