    Position: Logistic Administrator
    Accounting & Invoicing (Temporally employee)

    Responsibilities ( Logistic Administrator 2명 )
    Position 1

    Job Responsibilities & Duties:
     Minimum 3-5 years of logistics/freight forwarder experience.
     Provide management and oversight of all freight, logistics, and related activities.
     Resolve problems regarding transportation, logistics systems, imports/exports, and customer issues.
     Manage all carrier/forwarder/broker selections and negotiate and maintain rate and service contracts with carriers, customs brokers, freight forwarders and other transportation providers.
     Monitor, analyze and provide reporting on inbound and outbound costs, carrier compliance, carrier performance and operational excellence projects.
     Communicate with customs brokers and overseas agents regarding shipment details and problem resolution.
     Coordinate and communicate with external parties to facilitate the timely processing of all customer order.
     Review all invoices and packing lists to ensure they match purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies with vendor directly.

    Position 2
    Job Responsibilities & Duties:

     Minimum 3-5 years of trucking operations (including FTL Long Haulage & Dispatching) experience.
     Generate & cultivating sales opportunities and close coordination with customers and carriers.
     Collaborates with regional dispatch center to coordinate the dispatch of Company transport drivers to consumer retail accounts and bulk plants to effect maximum efficiency and savings on deliveries.
     Planning routes and load scheduling for specific customers.
     Develop relationships and negotiate rates with carriers.
     Monitor shipments in transit and communicate with the customer and carrier.
     Manage all carrier/forwarder/broker selections and negotiate and maintain rate and service contracts with carriers, customs brokers, freight forwarders and other transportation providers.
     Monitor, analyze and provide reporting on transportation costs, carrier compliance, carrier performance and operational excellence projects.

    Position 3
    Responsibilities ( Accounting support Temporally 1명 )
    – Ability to use MS Office programs – Korean/English ( Excel, Power point , Words )
    -. Excel ability (Basic Spread sheet management, Function, Chart, Data Management, Pivot Table)
    – Accounting experience is a plus
    – Type speed (60+ CPM)
    – Must be organized and able to multi-task

    Requirements

    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
    Strong customer service skills
    Responsible and detail orientated
    Demonstrated expertise with Word, Excel, and other MS Office suite applications
    Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal

    Organized and numerate, with a desire to complete all tasks fully. No loose ends

    Some familiarity with various accounting/operations programs will be helpful

    Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives

    Excellent Communications and Organizational Skills

    Ability to communicate effectively with all levels

    Bi-lingual (Korean/English)

    Must be able to legally work in the US
