Position: Sales Assistant
Location: Cerritos, CAResponsibilities:
1.
– Update weekly price list of major U.S retail channels and promotion status|3r
– Monitor competitor’s promotion activities
– Research and analyze on demand marketing data2.
Sales Operation
– Manage sales and payment
– PO receipt and forecast mapping
– Coordinate and resolve logistics issues from factory sites to customer sites
– Daily communication with customers, Headquarter to plan production andallocate shipments and coordinate on time delivery
– Other dutiesPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities and Approximate % of Time Spent On Each:
“Requirements:
– Bachelor degree in Business
– Basic marketing research knowledge
– Familiarity of consumer electronics industry
– Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as familiarity with Oracle
– Professional demeanor on phone and in-person, strong communication skills
– Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multi-task
– Ability to schedule and keep items of the office and duties prioritized
– Team Worker, Good Attitude, Energetic
– Bilingual (Korean and English) a plus[Resume and Cover letter]
