Seeking an experienced Legal Assistant who will be responsible for immigration, deportation, and civil matters. The firm specializes in immigration, deportation, business litigation, personal injury, and civil/criminal law.

Requirement(s):
• Minimum 2 years of immigration experience preferred.
• Experience in handling Employment-Based immigration (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, PERM, EB-5), Family-Based immigration, Non-Immigration visas (H-1B, L-1A/B, E-1/E-2), Removal Proceedings, etc.
• Exceptional writing & communicative abilities and case/client management skills.
• Self-motivated candidate able to work independently and as a team-player.
• Bilingual fluency in English AND Korean.
