• Quality control in Production

  • Definition
    and communication of quality control/test instructions & test equipment
    specifications in production (internal & external)

  • Contact
    for internal and external production facilities for product quality related
    problems

  • Audit
    for correct application of the work- and test instructions in the production
    facilities

  • Potential
    development of a global statistical process control (SPC) to track via the
    product quality data the performance of production processes and to prevent
    product defects

  • Calibration
    process follow- up

  • Definition
    and follow-up of related KPI’s

• Quality control of end-products including the consideration
  of the field issues

  • Organize
    outgoing product quality checks at the internal and external product facilities

  • Performance
    of in- a/o off-line (lab) sample testing of finished products & parts

  • End-products
    quality control harmonization per product family including a global approach in
    the choice of the control tools, a common selection of criteria, a
    harmonization of the tests and calibrations

  • Continuous
    product improvement process by translating internal or external product quality

• Experience in development validation is an asset
