We are fast growing Logistics Company located in Los Angeles, CA and we are currently seeking a reliable and self-motivated individual to join our firm.

Ø Position available:

Transportation Operation Manager
Supervising day-to –day operations such as dispatching door deliveries for ocean containers out of or to Los Angeles/Long Beach terminals.
Analyzing growing market conditions and developing new local door ocean container trucking customers in POLA/POLB area
Supervising CSR job function to maintain good relationships with customers
Analyzing performance result of trucking operation and improving service quality and reducing operations cost

Ø Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of operations & sales experience in trucking industries
Strong communication (written/oral) and interpersonal skills required
Ability to work within strict time frames and resolute deadlines.
Proficiency with the Microsoft® Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access), Internet Explorer, and Outlook
Legal status to work in the United States
