Branch Manager (U.S.) Location: SanFrancisco Area, California Industry: AI Healthcare Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager to lead and establish our U.S. operations in SanFrancisco. This role will be responsible for overseeing the full scope of our U.S. business strategy, operations, and execution, ensuring our successful market entry and growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the healthcare industry, experience in AI technologies, and proven leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities Establish Operations: Lead the setup of the U.S. office, including legal, financial, and regulatory aspects in collaboration with HQ in Korea. Business Development: Develop and execute market-entry strategies to position the company within the U.S. healthcare and AI sectors. P&L Ownership: Manage overall P&L, ensuring financial targets are met. Team Leadership: Recruit, manage, and develop a small local team (initially 3-4 members) to drive sales, marketing, and operations. Partnerships & Distribution: Oversee the relationship with the local distributor and form strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, payers, and AI/tech companies. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all U.S. healthcare regulations, FDA requirements, and AI-related laws. Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth. Customer Engagement: Foster relationships with key clients, hospitals, and medical professionals to drive sales and product adoption. Reporting & Strategy: Provide regular reports to HQ on market progress, challenges, and financials, and collaborate on long-term strategies. Qualifications Experience: 7+ years in the healthcare or IT industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. U.S. healthcare market experience is highly preferred. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business,Accounting, Healthcare Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree in healthcare/AI is a plus. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams. Experience working in a multicultural environment.
