Responsibilities:Perform audit-related tasks for a variety of clients
Help ensure the integrity and transparency of financial information
Identify the key business issues affecting those results
Assess both internal control tests of designs, and internal control tests of effectiveness
Gain a strong understanding of US GAAP, US GAAS, and preferably, PCAOB auditing
standardsQualifications:BS, MS, or MBA in Accounting or Taxation at accredited colleges/universities
Eligible to sit for the Uniform CPA exam
Fluency in Korean and English

Qualifications:Any of the following degrees from an accredited college/university: Bachelor’s of
Accountancy, Master’s of Accountancy, Master’s of Taxation, J.D., and/or LL.M. inTaxation from an accredited college/universityExcellent written and verbal communication skills, solid research skills, and able to work
