Job description We are seeking a Boston-based Junior Consultant who’s passionate about teaching and mentoring students, and looking for a full-time position with travel opportunities to China. Roles and Responsibilities · Assist Partner/Senior Consultants on teaching and mentoring students. · Pay frequent visits to assigned schools to tutor and mentor students on both academic and life matters. · Maintain frequent communication with schools/teachers for students. · Maintain frequent communication with parents to inform, update and advise. · Work flexible hours based on school schedules and on-going programs. Desired Requirements · Excellent language and communication skills in both English. Chinese is a plus. · Valid US driver’s license and solid driving record. · Proven expertise and teaching/mentoring experience. At least 2+ years teaching/mentoring. · Detailed-oriented and organized to keep track of student progress. · Ability to take ownership as an educator and mentor. · Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills. Marketing experiences a plus.
