Jr. Help Desk Support Engineer (FULL TIME)
We are a government contractor seeking for an Internal Help
Desk Support Engineer that will provide Tier 1 level support including user
PCs, printers, scanners, phones, etc. Candidate must have strong work ethic, communication
& multitasking skills, willingness to learn and adopt new set of skills. This position does not require traveling.Responsibilities
The candidate must have 0~1 year of experience with following but not limited to:
– Good customer service skills
– Use of ticketing system/in-person/phone to respond to users and document work
provided– Ability to maintain IT equipment inventory time to time
– Diagnosing PC hardware issues
– Troubleshooting Windows XP/7 Operating Systems
– MS Office 2007/2010 Suite and other application problems
– Network printer issues
– Basic knowledge of network communications
– Must have a degree in IT or related field
