Position Overview
Joynus Staffing is welcoming recent graduates who are bilingual in Korean and English. Candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering. Selected Bilingual Korean Production Control candidate will perform corrective actions identified in production and provide support to promote timely and cost efficient product manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
* Promote effective productivity by ensuring proper staffing levels and machine operation.
* Help to train production control members on departmental processes and critical equipment systems.
* Work with managers, group leaders, team leaders and members to meet departmental goals and objectives.
* Work with management to promote efficient production schedules based on customer orders and line capacity.
* Evaluate inventory levels to identify and prevent surplus.
* Adhere to OSHA standards, and lean manufacturing methods
* Work with other departments as needed to resolve issues related to equipment, supply, quality, and parts.
* Build and sustain positive relationships with internal employees and clients.
* Identify production control related issues
* Implement policies to mitigate production control related issues
* Ensure adherence of policies and procedures among team members.

Requirements:
* Must be bilingual in Korean and English
* Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution
* Must be able to work interdependently and independently
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
