    About the HL Klemove :

    HL Klemove is one of major global supplier for autonomous driving system & products, the company was launched as a merger between HL Mando ADAS business unit and Mando Hella electronics, also known as MHE. HL Mando, as you all are aware, is one of the biggest automotive suppliers in Korea that has a 60 year long history, specialized in Chassis and automotive electronics, having played a significant role as an affiliate of HL group. Mando Hella electronics, a joint venture company between HL Mando and Hella(German Comapny) established back in 2008. It has remarkable strength in manufacturing automotive electronics. The two entities were merged as of Dec, 2021 and launched as HL Klemove.

    We are newly establishing Sales office in Alabama to expand the business in North America. the name as HL Klemove’s Autonomous Driving Sales North America (AD Sales NA). And HL Klemove’s AD Sales NA is seeking an new employee to expand and manage the autonomous driving system business in North America. Our main customer is Hyundai / Kia. Currently, we supply the Front Camera / Front Radar / ADAS Unit to HMMA, KaGA main vehicles.

    This role demands high ability for teamwork & communication skills through English and Korean language based on technical knowledge of autonomous driving system and vehicle development process for customer.

    Responsibilities
    Business Expansion :
    Establish and manage HL Klemove’s Autonomous Driving Sales North America (AD Sales NA) office in Alabama. Develop and implement strategies to expand the autonomous driving system business in North America.

    Customer Relationship Management :
    Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, with a focus on maintaining and expanding relationships. Work closely with Hyundai/Kia, our main customer, to understand their needs and ensure the successful supply of Front Camera, Front Radar, and ADAS Unit.

    Price / Sales Management :
    Negotiation with Customer Procurement Division, overseeing and managing the overall sales process, ensuring that it aligns with the negotiated pricing agreements. Participating in the development and finalization of contractual agreements that detail pricing structures, terms, and conditions.

    Sales Growth :
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the autonomous driving systems market. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of HL Klemove’s presence in North America.

    Collaboration :
    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination between the sales office and other departments. (Head Quarter, Mexico Plant)

    Market Analysis :
    Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies. Provide regular reports on market conditions and competitor movements.

    Education and Experience Requirements:
    • Min. bachelor’s degree (major in electrical, electronics, or mechanical engineering preferred)
    • Proficiency in both English and Korean (or fluent in Korean) is preferred, facilitating effective communication with headquarters and expatriate colleagues.
    • Work experience in sales department ( > 1 years), and stay in automotive industry more than 3 years (Tier-1 preferred)
    • Experience in managing key customer accounts, with a preference for familiarity with Hyundai/Kia.
    • Familiarity with the automotive supply chain, especially in ADAS and automotive electronics.
    • Proficiency in computer skills (PPT, Excel, Word, etc)
    • Proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
    • Strong organizational and planning skills
    • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
