b.      Qualification and Skillsets

                                                               i.      Bachelors Degree Equivalent Experience required ( over 7 years )

                                                             ii.      Development experience in HP UNIX OS, WebLogic, and Spring based framework environment

                                                            iii.      Analysis of Spring Framework modules and development experience

                                                           iv.      JAVA and REST communication protocol

                                                             v.      Eclipse, iBatis, Nexus, or Subversion experience

                                                           vi.      Oracle DB experience (DDL, DML, DCL, PL/SQL)

                                                          vii.      Bilingual Koran required
