Location: Southfield, MI

Individual will be working with a SCRUM team of 4-5 other individuals as a team lead. The position involves doing top to bottom work, so front-end as well as back-end.

Day to day duties will include:
– Analyze user requirements & current conditions and identify software solutions
– Design the overall software architecture and components
– Document architect design by utilizing UML (unified modeling language)
– Develop web-based business applications
– Utilize Java frameworks for development such as Struts, Spring MVC, Spring, myBatis, etc.
– Utilize JavaScript libraries such as jQuery
– Plan solid testing plans with developers
– Work with AS/400 (also known as IBM iSeries) developers
