Now Editing “IT Tech Support” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at Job Duties: • Diagnose, solve and deliver root cause analysis of hardware/OS issues • Install and maintain server/network hardware and software • Support local and remote users of MS Windows • Document, maintain inventory, upgrade/replace hardware/software systems Qualifications / Desired Skills: • Experience troubleshooting Windows desktop environments (Networking, OS, MS Office, Hardware and Printer) • Understanding of networks and networking protocols (i.e. TCP/IP, DNS etc…) • Experience with LAN and WAN connectivity • Experience in VOIP and telecom management • Able to work well independently and in a team environment • Strong written and verbal communication in English Work Schedule • Mon to Friday 8hours/day.
