bachelor’s, master’s and first professional degree (Juris Doctor) levels.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
– Help design, build and maintain networks at office and data centers
– Install and upgrade computer equipment in company office
– Respond to student-initiated or staff-initiated requests for technical support
– Troubleshoot student and staff issues via email and telephone support
– Monitor audio, video and network status during live broadcast
– Learn to support the appropriate software and hardware used by the organization
– Participate in agile development and operations processes
– Use authentication and intrusion-detection best practices to secure company resources
– Design and implement scripts to automate business processes
Preferred Requirements for the position include, but are not limited to:
– 2 years experience working with online distance education institutions
– 2 years experience with Linux servers
– Experience with Learning Management System (e.g., Moodle) desired
– Experience with HTML/CSS/Javascript
– Excellent teamwork and communication skills
– Bilingual Korean/English desired
– Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
– Strong customer service and follow-up skills
– Availability to work irregular hours, evenings, and weekends
