Position summary
This role will play a key role in the various improvement initiatives in North America. This role is expected to actively support on ERP/IT Help Desk.

Title: IT Specialist
Location: North New Jersey (2 Volvo Drive, Rockleigh, NJ 07647)
Hours: 8:30 AM ~5:30 PM (Mon~Fri)
Position status: Full-time

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
• First line of support for all technical, hardware, software, network, web and ERP issues.
• Maintain all IT assets: PCs, VoIP phones, peripherals, printers, in-house servers, etc.
• Monitor ERP systems for all departments; troubleshoot any and all issues. Train/support users as needed.
• Primary point of contact for customers and third party EDI vendors.
• Maintain company e-commerce website
• Initiate onboarding procedures for all new employees including setup of PC hardware and software in accordance to company standards.
• 2 years’ experience with EDI/ERP systems, Windows 7/10 and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Windows server/client a plus.
