Quickly repair and restore equipment in the event of a malfunction to minimize production downtime.
Documentation and Reporting:
Systematically record and report equipment inspection results, maintenance activities, and improvement efforts.
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work guidelines related to equipment.
Qualifications:
Practical experience in operating and maintaining production equipment.
Proficiency in utilizing equipment monitoring systems and data analysis tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions.
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in equipment management within the manufacturing industry.
Understanding of equipment management techniques such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
