Job Title</strong> architectural drafter and interior designer <strong>2. Job description</strong> - Provides direction and management expertise concerning technical construction requirements associated with the renovation, construction and maintenance of Caffebene stores. - Plans, oversees, and participates in all construction and design projects. - Monitors stores’ facility renovation, repair and maintenance requirements. - Develops, maintains, and works within a realistic work budget for the department. - Participates in and oversees stores master planning efforts. - Performs additional duties as assigned. <strong>3. Qualification</strong> - Prefer 1~2 years working experience - Knowledge of Design, Build and the NY/NJ Building Code - Computer proficiency must be required with special emphasis needed in AutoCAD (Photoshop, Sketch up experience pus) - Flexible and Open Minded/ Sincere and humbling attitude - Detail Oriented - Fluent in both English and Korean (communication among coworkers) <strong>4.
