Litigation, and we are looking for an attorney who will be responsible for immigration, deportation, appellate litigation, and civil/P.I. matters. The position will process immigration petitions, deportation defenses, and state litigation cases. The candidate must be an independently motivated team player who is able to multi-task. <strong>The position will be responsible for:</strong> • Employment-Based Immigration (EB-1, EB-2, NIW, EB-3, PERM, EB-5) • Family-Based Immigration • Non-Immigrant Visa (H1B, L1A/B, E-1, E-2, etc.) • Removal Proceedings & Deportation Defenses • Appellate Litigation • Civil/P.I. Litigation • Discoveries • Trial/Arbitration Preparation <strong>Requirement(s): </strong> • Minimum 2 years of Immigration/Deportation or Civil/P.I. Litigation experience preferred. • Experience in Employment-Based Immigration (EB-1, EB-2, NIW, EB-3, PERM, EB-5), Family-Based Immigration, Non-Immigrant Visas (H-1B, L-1A/B, E-1/E-2), Removal Proceedings. • Exceptional writing & communication abilities and case/client management skills. • Excellent legal research skills. • Self-motivated candidate able to work independently and as a team-player. • Ability to multi-task. • Bilingual fluency in English AND Korean. <strong>Compensation: </strong> • Highly competitive salary commensurate with experience and skill.
