We are currently hiring for the following position: Store Design Assistant Manager Duties & Responsibilities: - Manages the production of construction documents and schedules. - Order supplies, equipment and furniture. - Responsible for the integrity and quality of the construction documents inclusive of design intent, detailing, code requirements, scheduling and MEPs. - Participates in the architectural design process by reviewing and analyzing project documentation. - Sets schedules with alignment from cross-functional teams. Communicates dates to meets all established deadlines. Conducts site visits as needed. - Participates in schematic construction drawing reviews - Contact vendors for Tech Support/Warranty Service for stores. - Review and analyze store lease agreement related design and construction. - Visit construction sites and report on work progress.
