    ILJIN Electric USA, Inc. is expanding its U.S. operations and is seeking to hire a Sales Support Coordinator (Entry to Manager level) to join our team.

    Job Summary
    We are looking for a detail-oriented and team-focused Project Assistant Manager to support project management, handling tasks such as customs clearance, logistics coordination, scheduling with sub-contractors (including installation contractors), and managing bid platforms like Ariba.

    Job Location & Work Hours
    • Location: ILJIN Electric USA Office at 15915 Katy Freeway Suite 215, Houston, Texas 77094
    • Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

    Key Responsibilities
    Project Management Support
    • Handle customs clearance for goods imported to the U.S. and Canada.
    • Coordinate local logistics to ensure timely and successful delivery of products.
    • Manage relationships with local sub-contractors to facilitate installation services for clients.
    • Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure project success.
    Administrative Support
    • Manage essential documents and data related to sales and operations.
    • Support internal reporting and provide insights to the team.
    • Coordinate with the headquarters to ensure efficient process alignment.
    • Oversee vendor and supplier payment schedules.
    Client and Internal Coordination
    • Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring smooth communication and efficient handling of client requests.
    • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including record maintenance, project status tracking, and preparing necessary documents.

    Qualifications
    • Authorization to work in the United States.
    • Proven experience in customs clearance and project management.
    • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
