Location: Montgomery, AL
Description
– Analyze financial information to produce forecast of business
– Assist management in applying financial policy and procedures
– Provide direct financial support to the senior manager and CFO
– Support month end close process including preparation, distribution and presentation of financial results to the management
– Analyze payroll related expenses and reconcile with payroll tax data
– Prepare financial reports to the parent company
– Monitor corporate credit card and reconcile with bank statements
– Manage corporate bank accounts and control cash disbursement process
– Communicate financial information to other department staffs on a regular basis
Qualification
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, CPA or Master’s degree in Accounting or Tax preferred
– Excellent communication and presentation skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in MS Office and SAP
