We cater logistics strategies and processes to our customers’ needs by utilizing the latest information systems and advanced technologies. <strong>Summary</strong> The Manager, Accounting position is mainly responsible for preparing financial statements and financial reporting packages, as well as responding to quarterly and yearly auditing. The position also requires the management and monitoring of balance sheets accounts, P&L accounts, and conducting financial analyses. <strong>Responsibilities</strong> • Prepare financial statement in accordance with GAAP and IFRS accounting standards • Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including the month-end close process and financial statement • Manage balance sheet account schedules and conduct reconciliations for open balances • Analyze financial statement results and identify areas for improvement or investigation • Manage inter-company accounting transactions and reconciliation • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with GAAP and IFRS accounting standards • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and provide suggestions/advice for procedure/policy changes accordingly • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the annual audit process, including preparation of audit schedules and responses to auditor requests • Ensure compliance with all audit requirements and maintain documentation for audit findings • Work closely with external auditors to provide information and support throughout the audit process • Develop and maintain documentation to support compliance with SOX regulations • Implement and monitor controls to ensure compliance with SOX regulations • Work with internal and external auditors to provide documentation and support for SOX audits • Manage fixed asset and lease accounting transactions and reconciliations • Develop and implement strategies to optimize fixed asset and lease accounting processes and improve efficiency. • Manage the team's daily tasks by offering guidance, training, and support to foster their professional growth and development. Assign tasks, establish priorities, and ensure the timely completion of deliverables • Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation and reports • Manage a team of accounting professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management • Maintain General ledger accounts in ERP system • Manage the month-end close schedule and oversee the timely completion of month-end closing activities.
