Summary
The Administrator at KAM (Key Account Management) Sales requires a strong understanding of various business functions within the company’s freight forwarding services by supporting the senior team in identifying business opportunities, managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and ability to be strategical to bring new and innovative ideas. This role offers an responsibilities include but are not limited to : Supporting business planning objectives by maintaining close communication with business units, researching different industries and trends to cultivating new business opportunities.Compensation
$64,000-$70,000/Annually (Subject to Compensation Study Request Upon Candidate Selected)Responsibilities
Accomplish top management goals / strategy by competing related results as needed
Set up Ops work in alignment with ales work before Ops starts
Accomplish summary of data and trends through research, collection, and analysis of the latest market research
Process Improvement, pricing : Market Pricing review, Client list development
Sustain report with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities
Client Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring regular communication and providing assistance with their logistics and transportation needs
Assist in onboarding new clients by understanding their requirements, providing solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, reviewing market rate & gathering so that upper management can analyze & develop a new client
Strategic Alignment with Client (Clients in the U.S, and Headquarter)
Acting as a liaison between related parties to understand and execute the global business strategy at the local level
Provide regular updates and reports on market trends, customer needs, and business performance to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
Act as the liaison between the local branch and headquarters, facilitating smooth communication and strategy implementation
Reporting and Documentation
Improve product marketability and profitability by accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development progress
Supervise in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for senior management
Collaboration with Operations and Finance
Cooperate closely with the operations and finance teams to ensure that services are provided efficiently and that financial goals are met

Intermediate-level MS Excel, Power Point, Word and Database Management Required

Understanding of the Full Range of Freight Forwarding Services, including movement, scheduling, monitoring and control services, cost optimization, and various industry specific requirements Required

High School Diploma Required
(3) years of direct experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Accounting/Finance Required
