    Job Title: Human Resources Talent Acquisition / Recruiter
    Job Location: Irving, TX
    Reports to: HR Manager

    Essential Duties of Job:

    – Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
    – Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport
    – Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
    – Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
    – Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
    – Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranges travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; arranging community tours.
    – Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
    – Manage new employee relocation by determining new employee requirements; negotiating with movers; arranging temporary housing; providing community introductions.
    – Avoid legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; conducting training.
    – Accomplish human resources and organization mission by completing related activities as needed.

    Minimum Skills and Qualifications:

    Minimum three to five years of experience in full cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing and offer generation. Knowledgeable of ATS applications with preference of Taleo, Success Factors, or Workable.
    Knowledgeable of employment law (i.e. Title VII, ADA, etc.) related to the recruitment activities.
    Knowledgeable of Human Resources generalist skills highly desirable.
