This role prefers candidates with experience in ADP systems and a deep understanding of labor laws. Key Responsibilities • ADP System Management: Operate, maintain, and improve payroll and benefits programs through the ADP system. • Compensation Management: Design and review salary structures, conduct market research and benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation packages. • Benefits Program Management: Oversee and improve benefits programs including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. • Labor Law Compliance: Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies in compliance with federal and state labor laws. • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze compensation and benefits data, and prepare monthly and quarterly reports. • Employee Consultation: Address employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits and provide guidance. • Policy and Procedure Development: Develop, document, and educate employees on compensation and benefits policies and procedures. Qualifications • Experience with ADP systems is required. • At least 3 years of experience in HR or a related field. • In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. • Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications • Degree or certification in HR • Expertise in compensation and benefits. • Experience working in multicultural environments. • Additional training in labor law.
