Nterway USA is currently looking for talented HR Specialist for our client company.Job Title: HR Specialist
Job Scope and Responsibilities
– Determines and recommends employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
– Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company with regard to employee relations.
– Conducts investigations when employee complaints or concerns are brought forth.
– Recommends, develops, and schedules development and training courses.
– Process recruiting and termination process legally and effectively
– Keeps proper paper work and provide orientation to new hires
– Raising proactive issues with managers, identifying practical solutions to complex and diverse HR issues, and recommending appropriate action plans.
– Compiling and managing case management documentation, accompany and support managers.
– Supervise overall compensation and benefit parts.
Job Qualifications
· BA degree
· 5-7 years of Human Resource experience
· Effective organizational and communication skills
· Ability to multi-task and work within required deadlines
· Ability to work independently
· Proficiency with MS office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
· Bilingual in Korean preferred
