Requirements:
– Undergraduate degree is required.
– Bilingual English/Korean skills required.
– 2-3 years of relevant HR work experience is required.
– Knowledge of ADP HR/B, PayXpert, and ezLM, or equivalent experiences in HRIS preferred.
– Familiarity with regulatory state and federal compliance requirements, including EEO, OSHA, DOL,ADA,FMLA, and ERISA.
– Strong knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point, and etc.)
– Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred, but not required.
