    Nterway USA is currently looking for talented HR Development for our client company.


    Job Title: HR Development


    Job Summary:

    The Sr. Training & Development Coordinator is an internal resource to design and deliver employee training and development activities/programs that support the needs of functional business units. The person in this role will support the delivery of internal and external training programs, development of training contests, training administration, coordinating meeting logistics, managing registration details, and facilitate/present training material.  


    In addition, the position needs to understand the drivers that affect business, own the audit process to ensure implemented training solutions are effective (i.e., meeting established objectives), as well as assist business partners with the identification of training enhancements. Since the position requires extensive cross-functional interaction, the ideal candidate must also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills while maintaining an energetic and positive can-do attitude. This position will require extensive travel. 


    Position Responsibilities:


    – Identifies training and development needs by analyzing organization results, job requirements, operational problems, plans and forecasts,and current training programs. 

    – Satisfies training and development needs by researching, designing, or purchasing training programs and media; introducing new trends in training and development.

    – Presents training and development programs by identifying learning objectives; selecting instructional methodologies

    – Supports business success by working with managers on post-training implementation plans and developing system that tracks training effectiveness.

    – Completes training requirements by scheduling and assigning trainees and instructors

    – Maintains training and development staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining instructors and support personnel; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

    – Achieves financial objectives by preparing the training and development budget; scheduling expenditures; approving educational requests; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.  


    Minimum Qualifications:


    ·         Related Bachelor’s degree, MBA or Masters Degree preferred

    ·         Three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

    ·         Bilingual in Korean (Prefers stronger competency in English)

    ·         Willingness to travel


    Preferred Qualifications:


    ·         Demonstrated strong experience as an implementer of new training programs that are in line with new processes and systems releases

    ·         Experience delivering training to internal staff on in-house processes and systems.

    ·         Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written as well as effective presentation skills; strong interpersonal skills as well as strong computer skills; knowledge regarding basic human resource laws and regulations (e.g. FMLA, FSLA, Affirmative Action.

    ·         Prefer candidates with 4+ years of related experience.

    ·         Experience in Manufacturing setting
