The qualified candidates will have a varied range of Human Resources experience including: employee relations, recruitment, hiring, onboarding, manage FMLA, tracking PTO balances, employee coaching, unemployment and worker’s compensation. <strong>Other responsibilities include:</strong> – Posting jobs and interviewing qualified employees – Extending job offers – Attending unemployment compensation hearings – Tracking attendance for employees – Working with staffing agencies to hire employees – Administrative duties <strong>Job Requirements</strong> The Human Resources Coordinator MUST meet the following criteria: • Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years’ HR Coordinator/Generalist experience required with a broad understanding of the HR discipline, including but not limited to: employee relations, recruiting, compensation, performance evaluations, training and development and policy/procedure interpretation and recognition. • Demonstrated ability to thrive in and promote a positive culture that is collaborative, service-oriented, and consultative. • Exceptional interpersonal and oral and written communication skills. • Strong planning, organizational skills, multi-tasking and analytical thinking skills. • Ability to maintain highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism. • Ability to work consistently in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment, and to follow through on all activities to en sure highest quality of HR services. • Demonstrated ability to make sound, independent decisions. • Ability to work professionally and collaboratively in a team environment. • Proficiency in MS Office programs. • PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification a plus. <strong>Benefits:</strong> • Health Insurance – Dental, Vision, and life • Paid Vacation • Relocation Assistance <strong>Resume sent to:</strong> iseeconsulting114@gmail.com I agree to the terms of service Update List
