Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Closing - Check monthly financial statements (B/S, I/S) - Check registered fixed assets list, adjust values for the fixed assets 2. Daily Bookkeeping (Direct - Posting) - Compare and reconcile the chart of accounts of I-YUNO and the accounting firm - Reconcile the differences from cash-basis and accrual basis accounting method - Record adjusting entries for prepaid and advance payments 3. Welfare Budget Expenses - Collect proper receipts or invoices for bookkeeping 4. AP & AR - Check payable and receivable balances of vendors and clients 5. Cash Basis Monthly Budget & Forecasts - Forecast total cash inflows and outflows for each month 6. Estimated P&L Statements - Forecast total revenues and expenses for each month 7.
